Food For Thought: Chicken
Try watching this video, and then just giving it a minute -- one full minute -- to sink in. For one full minute, don't think of clever jokes, or arguments, or why she's wrong, or how you don't care because you just can't give up eating chicken! For one minute just rest in the feeling of seeing a duck safely cross the street. What does that feel like inside you? I invite you to explore the feeling. For one minute.

Who Is To Blame For Isis? Russell Brand The Trews (E126)
I'm really enjoying Russell's True News show called "Trews". He's basically teaching his audience how to think critically. When you read something, question it. When you see something on the news, question it. When you hear something, question it. If thinking for yourself is too much effort, at least listen to Russell ask questions for you. The point is, it's a good idea to be skeptical. If something turns out to be true, what harm was there in questioning it to be sure it was true? And if it turns out to not be true, isn't it better that you found out?

We should all be feminists: Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie at TEDxEuston
Gender affects everyone. I can think of few ideas more important, and potentially world-changing, than to have everyone recognize the limitations of the gender boxes, and to be committed to the full realization of every person.
